Front Desk Associate
Birmingham AIDS Outreach (BAO) is seeking to hire a highly motivated and mission-driven full time Front Desk Associate. This position is critical to the operations of the agency, specifically the Client Services Department. This role is responsible for conducting front desk operations such as scheduling, check-in, follow-up calls and fielding incoming calls for various departments. Ideal candidates will be highly organized and comfortable with the use of technology for conducting front desk and clerical operations; be comfortable working directly with people of diverse backgrounds and identities; and have experience in customer service and effective time-management.
